How about Christmas lights?
or Radioshack? They have some 1.5v / 12v miniature lamps, like th ...
Chrismas lights are 80~90 ohms at full power (4V something),
to get good THD, output should be kept below 10Vp-p.
you can expect 5 / 1.4142 / 3 = 3.536 /3 = 1.179 Vrms on the lamp.
When there's only 1.2Vrms accross a Chrismas light, it's resistance will be is only 20~30 ohms.
The Rf between output and inv-input will be roughly 100 ohms or less.
Opamps with low output current can't yield good THD with such a heavy load.
With the help from this article:

I figured out a good light bulb has to be a bulb with about 300ohm cold resistance.
120V4W, 48V1W happened to fit into that range.
this one you posted should be quite good:

but I couldn't find it in Vancouver. I tried Home Depot, tough luck.

in this sch, R9 is the lamp, 48V1W.
it oscillates at about 300Hz, with a very cheap TL081, THD is well below -90dB. I tested it with a Keithley 2015.
