没涉及太多CAD操作，CAD我也是刚熟练点儿。
EXCEL主要是按分度函数连接公式，已经连接好的只改参数就行，比如欧姆标尺把22改成16.5。

用分度1.0画了个110度量角器（用工具画工具 ），适用于测量大多数表头。
效果和源文件如下。镜窗可镂空，背面贴上反光纸。

Regarding production, it is indeed an issue. Based on cost and available processing suppliers, I have considered using materials such as hard plastic.

Dont worry about english, You can type in Chinese Mandarin i can using baidu translate to understand what you said .
Another way , if you can type and understand English, hope you can make bridge to communicate with me and other member in forum !
I join and read forum crystalradio about 2 years ago , and I have learned so much from you and another master in forum.

铝制仪表板可以找集成吊顶扣板做，就是不好打印。

I think we can make pcb with copper etching by HCL + H202 and UV Photosensitive Dry Fiml . Same process diffirent etching liquid ( Alumimum can etching by FeCl2 ). Or we can use UV Ink to make Dial Meter

蚀刻是个办法。
现在的限制条件是业余条件下如何实现，另外蚀刻的分辨率能达到多少？

下个版本要加些功能。在此之前，若有反馈会一并考虑 。

制作表盘可以考虑，用PCB制作，打印PCB的厚度可以薄点
