1) the spot I circled in red looks to be dangerously close. you may want to add some insulation there.
2) the area I circled in green looks like some kind of goo where the heat sink is, you may not want to cover the heat sink with the goo. that doesn't promote ventilation.
otherwise, build the other channel and you get yourself a high quality headphone amp!

this is the 1st test to verify that the 2sc1815/2sa1015 could survive.
I'm using another larger board to build a stereo one.
A finding:
It seems that this circuitry is prone to oscillate after hooking up the headphone.
So I put a 10pF cap parallel to the 900 ohm resistor to lower it's slew rate to eliminate the trend. Is it a right means?
yes. using an output transformer will cure the dc offset. since the dc offset is quite small (on the mv range), the dc current going through the transformer is minimum.
还有就是当AD815带有容性负载的时候,容易自激的问题。
you can put a small serial resistor on the output, like 11ohm, to prevent that.
