1321发热芯问题

1321发热芯，发热丝电阻是4欧《红线》单独用15V电源供电它不加热，测温电阻是50欧《蓝线》用15V电源能加热，不懂。

进口的和国产的是有区别的。A1321发热芯，进口发热芯，发热丝电阻：2.5-3.5欧，传感器电阻：43-58欧。国产发热芯A1322发热芯的参数是：发热丝电阻：16-17欧，传感器电阻：2-2.5欧。

用电源适配器试的，电压不是问题，试的目的是用电压调节温度。

用万用表接上,打火机加热,看一下哪个有电压就知道是测温的了呗

这个烙铁芯的四个线是焊在外面的还是从烙铁芯里面一起出来的？如果是焊在外面的应该是1321，加热芯电阻,2.5-3.5欧姆左右、传感器电阻43-58欧姆；另一种应该是1322烙铁芯，加热芯电阻16-17欧姆、传感器电阻2-2.5欧姆（因为生产厂家的工艺、材料不同、数值有所差别）。

1321烙铁芯只要符合上述数值就可以用在使用1701+324集成块的936控制板的焊台上，1322是不能用在使用1701+324集成块控制板的焊台上的，两者不能互换。

1321 uses a ptc as the temperature sensor - resistance at room temperature is about 50ohm.
1322 uses a thermocouple as the temperature sensor - resistance at room temperature is about 2ohm. You have to read voltage off of it.

1321 is used by hakko 936 - with male 5-pin connector. 1322 is used by atten 936, with female 5-pin connector.

I did some experiment. If you heat up a 1321 (thermocouple temperature sensor), the resistance goes up to 60ohm (at a pretty hot temperature).

Because of this, I think the software I wrote to drive a 1322 can be easily adopted to drive a 1321.

1322 heaters are used in Hakko 936 stations and 1321 heaters are used in Atten 936 stations.
