这个电路损耗太大

it depends on two things:

1) the parameters: you will notice that the resistor / capacitor values you used and I used are quite different. yours will lead to about 60-db loss, vs. 20-db loss in mine.

2) the pick-up point: I picked up the output on R3/C5 -> 20-db loss. if you pick it up at C3/R3, it has about 6-10db loss.

It has a few valuable attributes: you have greater control of the detector envelope, the detector is also quite symmetrical, and has good linearity. plus, picking resistor / capacitor values is a lot easier than picking inductor values.
