按照下面的方法,重新做一个模型就可以了
1.在原理图上放置一个6DJ8,然后:右键->properties->选择value页面->Edit component in DB,然后选择"Components"页
2.此时右下角应该出现6DJ8的符号,然后点左下角的"Copy"按钮
3.接着在"family tree"中选择“Misc”,然后右边点“Add family”,随便填个名字,确认,然后接着点OK,会回到第1步的界面
4.此时左下角的"Edit"按钮应该可以点了,点它,然后在出现的界面中选择"Model"页
5.点右边的"Add/Edit"按钮,出来新界面,然后把"Model data"文本框中的内容全部删除,然后把下面的内容复制进去

6.复制好后,点"Select",然后"Yes",然后点"Overwrite",会退回之前的界面
7.在"Symbol to model pin mapping"框中,将按如下把引脚对应起来:PT1 --- P1,GT1 --- G1,PT1 --- K1,PT2 --- P2,GT2 --- G2,KT2 --- K2,其余的全部是"Not connected"
8.然后"Save"接着"Close",好了,下面就可以用User Database中的6DJ8进行仿真了
但是,spice仿真电子管建议你参考下就好,因为spice对电子管的建模极其简陋,所以像失真度啊谐波啊啥的仿真,完全是不可信的
