all liquids / lubricants in a car are fairly easy to change, except automatic transmission fluid, or rear differential / center transfer case oil.
the issue with automatic transmission fluid is that much of it is actually in the transmission itself and you either have to suck the fluid out, or take off the oil pan and in that case it requires a change of filters too.
with some cars, their OEMs are particular about the type of fluids used. for example BMW only certifies the use of BMW long-life engine oil in its cars; Honda has a special formulation for its power steering fluids.
other than that, changing engine oil is a 15 minute job; changing other fluids is even easier.
