48年前国产商品矿石机“复原”！

出土文物之所以有观赏价值，原因之一就是它能使当代的人们亲眼见到古老的历史，彷佛延长了人们的生命，老收音机也是这样。前不久，尼摩船长淘到一件宝物——几十年前的国产商品矿石机机匣，还有原配商品固定矿石1枚(带支架)。后来船长把这个罕见宝贝留在俺这儿，由于俺当年见过、用过这样的矿石机，所以决定尽可能把它复原，也借此机会感谢船长！

细看，机匣很可能是大跃进时期北京一个街道工厂的产品，手工作坊的风格很鲜明。

说是复原，其实很难100％做到。因为原样的零部件早已散失殆尽，只能尽可能复原了，故把复原二字以引号括起，算是自嘲吧。

坛里很多年轻朋友没见过商品矿石机，俺show的这个可说基本反映了原来的样子。从外观上看，零部件的布局与原样一致，电路图也是原样的。

机器里，矿石是商品固定矿石，有的原机就是使用固定矿石的，也有使用活动矿石的。线圈是双回路，我这个线圈是自绕的，但大小、外观则保持原样。原机用的分线器俺没有，只能用波段开关代替。原机单连是一种做工比较粗糙的360p，跟后来的标准化的空气单连不一样，俺这儿只有薄膜单连。接线柱俺这回用的是香蕉插头，原机不是，是那种老式的、铜拄加塑料罗帽的，坛子里有人show过。

特别说明一下刻度盘。原机是铝片印字的，俺这儿用的是水晶无线电网友在“古典收音机刻度盘艺术”一帖里提供的图样，到冲印店冲出来的，很美观实用，在此表示感谢！而天地线、耳机的标签则是PS的，与度盘一并印出。原机的天地线耳机标签是压在各自的接线柱下边的圆形标签。

试听效果：在北京市中心，室外天线，高5米长10米，可收本市9个电台，音量中等到宏亮。分线器可调节到适当音量，音量大则选择性差，音量小则选择性好。

“两线圈间距多少？木盒板材多厚？”
——间距8mm,木盒板材，四面各厚10mm，上下面各是三合板那么厚的木板。盒子外表面贴漆布，内面贴花纸。

“我觉得“天线”等字还是仿宋字手写有效果。”
——本来想PS成金属感的字，做的效果不好。

“你说的线圈的各种参数比如线径，天线线圈匝数，调谐线圈匝数是原机的实际参数么，还是你参考其他资料后制作的。我见过这种矿石机的原型，好像参数与你给的参数不一样。”
——不是原机的线径和圈数，但线圈管直径与原机差不多(凭记忆)，也许原机稍细一些。当年我只有10岁，个子比现在矮不少，看什么东西都显大。比如这个机匣，记忆里就比这个大一些。还有那时觉得甲电池很大，但现在看到的没有记忆里的大。

“我印象中这种矿石机很有意思，旋钮、接线柱等各带一个小铝片，上面印字和刻度...”
——您说得太对了。本来我也想做这样的标牌，但是俺PS的手艺不行。我想，比我手艺高一些的PS高手肯定能做出来。

“不知是否有袖珍式的国产商品矿石机?”
——俺没有见过您说的袖珍商品矿石机，不知别的朋友见过没有啊？

线圈参数，天线绕组用0.31漆包线密绕170圈，分别在距地40、65、90、115、140圈处抽头。调谐绕组用0.31漆包线密绕65圈，55圈处抽头。线圈管直径50毫米，PVC塑料管材。

机匣尺寸：外径宽190、长180、高115毫米。

回神剑大侠：天线绕组自地端起算，到各抽头的电感量分别为200、360、520、680、880、1000微亨；调谐绕组电感量为233微亨，地端到抽头电感量为190微亨。
线圈直径、圈数、线径见上帖。
照片上，圈数少的是调谐绕组，圈数多的是天线绕组。
本机所用室外天线，等效电容为150p。

这是送到冲印店的刻度盘图片文件。为不降低清晰度没有压缩。上面矿石机的度盘就是冲印成5寸照片剪成的。度盘直径73mm。
