斯卡布罗集市（Scarborough Fair）
这首歌本来是非常流行的英国民谣。Simon曾于64－65年期间在英度假，并经常出没于英国民谣圈演唱，这首歌是回忆当时的演唱并重新谱写，作为奥斯卡奖电影《毕业生》的插曲，保罗在民谣之外添加了“伴唱”（第二声部），把这首歌赋予了更宏大的背景和更深刻的意义，原本熟悉的歌名似乎也变了面目：SCAR-BORROW-FAIR，昭示了歌者的本意——战争与和平（ANTI-WAR)。 而且当时也正是越南战争时期。这首歌现在流传最多的是莎拉布莱曼版（感觉一般）,当然经典的还是 卡莉 西蒙 的原唱版，但我个人更喜欢海莉·韦斯顿演唱的版本。

《Scarborough Fair》是我很喜欢听的一首歌，其诗经体译词也非常喜爱（附在后面），其翻译者据说是扬州才女莲波。这篇翻译深受众多网友的推崇，如今有如此这样深厚文字功底的人应当很少了。
