Any master research change MF10 to use 3V battery in Resistor Range ?
MF10 its a best multimeter with size , durable, high sensitives but one problem in semiconductor decade its using 1.5V battery for resistor range . 1.5V not enough for test led diode, igbt and mosfet . 1.5V quite hard to check point angle of LI/LV function . Hope any master can research and modifier MF10 change batery from 1.5v to 3V .Thank you so much!

I dont have U201 . I forcus about change to 3V in resistor range x1 x10 x100 x1k x10k . With 3V battery angle pointer will have larger than 1.5v ! So easy for view in LI/LV mode . 老虎哥01 发表于 2024-1-12 10:27

Yes , i am from 越南 ! Language difference make quite hard to make clear my mind when i want to communicate with other member ! So hope anyone can using Baidu translate to understand . And i using Google translate to understand in reverse way ! :D 印象中，欧姆档使用的电池的电压和内阻对电阻测试结果没有影响的。所以感觉将那个1.5V电池左侧的8.7Ω的电阻改个大点的阻值应该就可以。
可以这样操作：直接用3V电池，然后找个可调电阻替换8.7Ω的电阻，调节此电阻，让欧姆档x1 x10 x100 x1k x10k都可以调零就行了。

这是这位越南朋友的原文!:lol 对于楼主所提出的问题，即是把MF10的1.5V供电改为3V供电，我以前曾经研究过一番。记得该表的欧姆档设计比较特殊，不同档位之间的电阻取值会互相牵扯，为此，当时还动用multisim做过辅助计算。
但由于该表的电池仓不方便改成3v电池，加上我还想手头保留有1.5V供电的指针表（我手头的指针表以3V表居多），我最终没把手头的MF10A做这样的改造。 MF10是最好的万用表，尺寸、耐用、高灵敏度，但在半导体十年中有一个问题，它使用1.5V电池作为电阻范围。1.5V不足以测试LED二极管、igbt和mosfet。1.5V很难检查LI/LV功能的点角。希望任何大师都能研究和修改MF10将电池从1.5v更改为3V。

我这个研究曾做过笔记。看楼主这么热切，待我下班回家后，把这部分笔记内容拍照贴上来。 i can understand a little ! but i cant solve this kind of problem, because i am poor at it ;P
